The Escape Works, a locally owned, renowned business with intricate, one-of-a-kind escape rooms in Downtown Watertown, NY is expanding! Our owner Dave can’t clone himself but he wishes he could! Our escape rooms are rated 5 stars on Facebook, Yelp and Travelocity. Come join our team and help people in the North Country take gaming to the next level!

- Strong problem solver, skilled at trouble-shooting

Job Responsibilities:Day to day responsibilities include:
- Greeting, welcoming, and hosting groups
- Taking payments, booking rooms, and helping customers over the phone and online
- Monitoring rooms through camera and audio feeds while groups engage in the escape room discovery process
- Resetting escape rooms – placing all pieces in their original locations, and getting room ready for the next group
- Troubleshooting and thinking on your feet; performing well under pressure or while helping multiple parties
- Ensuring groups have a great time! Exhibiting the best customer service in the entertainment industry in our area. The host with the most, the wisdom behind the curtain, the life of the party… if this sounds like you, we’d love to meet!
Please note that our busiest times are frequently nights and weekends, and preference will be given to those with that availability.
